Return & Refund Policy
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our product, all sales are final once the package has been opened, used, tried on, or the hygiene seal has been removed.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for intimate wear, adhesive bras, personal care items, or any product that comes into direct contact with the body.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@lifties.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will do our best to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened products
Used or tried-on products
Items with removed hygiene seals
Intimate or personal care products
Sale items
Gift cards
Return Requests
If your item is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and the hygiene seal is fully intact, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@lifties.co
If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Cash on Delivery
Returns sent with Cash on Delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be processed by bank transfer, so please include your IBAN when contacting us.
